This morning started off a disaster. Unable to locate in-stock parts that were urgently needed. Gayle made a call to Ken from Autozone in New Castle who went FAR above and beyond the call of duty to help get us the part we needed, and get my son's truck back on the road. They have been very strong in their communication, diagnosis of the problem and resolving the problem in a way that makes me feel safe to have my son behind the wheel again. Can't say enough good about them. Good and HONEST mechanics are hard to find!
