Very good professional, treated with respect
I've been there several times because sometimes it can take a week or more to see my family doctor. I've never left there dissatisfied. Nurse practitioners there I think do a fine job. They are attentive, efficient and effective. Knightstown is fortunate to have this place.
This place was horrible to deal with. The NP that i seen was rude. All she wanted to do was lecture me about my diabetes rather than listen to my issues. She even rolled her eyes at me while i was looking directly at her. I DO NOT recommend this facility to anyone.
!This clinic is run by a local Doctor (his wife is one of the NP). Here you will find old world class such as, unavailability of staff for appointments, close-minded women who refuse to treat allergic children when parents won't entertain having animals put to sleep. Most clinics understand that the working poor cannot afford exorbitant prescription prices. However knightstown clinic prides itself on never offering or even having available sample medications as does every other clinic this writer has ever attended. In short, the clinic should be avoided at all costs of a person wishes to get healthy or even keep their beloved family pets at home!
I thought they were very efficient. Appointments were very easy to schedule. I like that the dr. Listened to what was going on. I hope I don't have the need to go back but would not hesitate if I need to. So glad it's there!!!
