Jake’s came out to fix my furnace less than a day after I called. Gary arrived within the time frame and was professional and quick to fix the issue, as well as, explaining it to me. I will definitely be using Jake’s again!

My experience with Jake’s was fabulous. Heidi called prior to her arrival, which I appreciated, to alert me that she was on her way. Upon her arrival, she correctly diagnosed the issue, and proceeded to make the necessary calls to the home warranty company to ensure I would be covered for a replacement unit the same size as what I currently had. If the need ever arises, I would use Jake’s again without hesitation.
No matter when I call... Jakes is out immediately. They let you know when they are near. The wear protective covers on shoes to keep your floors and carpets clean. Robert and Gary are super professional.

We turned to Jake's years ago after a local "hometown" service flat out ripped us off over 10 years ago. Nothing but praise for them. Their techs explain issues thoroughly and offer options, if any are available. They have never steered us wrong. Even helped us "baby" a furnace with few new parts, all while being up front and told us it might last one more winter or up to five, but its end was on the horizon! Their "fix" bought us two more years to save for new one. When it came time to replace, we went right back to Jake's with our business. Have used them repeatedly in past decade and will continue to do so in the future. Great team from office to the service team!
Donnie has been to my house 4 times now, each time has been a great experience. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, and truly wants to help you out the best he can. He helped me work with the home warranty company to make sure I would get the repairs I was owed. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, they also helped me work with the home warranty company. I will definitely be using them exclusively for all the work I need in the future.
